*Hosting support issues includes problems related to Email accounts, Domain Names and URLs and Web Servers. Additional support is available at cost. The minimum incident cost is $15. For complicated or lengthy incidents the cost will be billed at an hourly rate of $35 / hour.**Web Design support issues include changes to your website. These include changes to HTML code (including .asp, .php, .xhtml and .shtml files), graphical layout, website copy, Flash animations and simple database work. Support of any custom applications or non-standard programming language or database software (including, but not limited to Cold Fusion) requires a Custom Masterhost Package.
Web Design support which exceeds the allocated hourly allotment for your package will be billed at an hourly rate of $50 / hour and all such additional charges will be approved by the client in advance. |
