Jackson, MS, September 2, 2003 – U.S. NetworX announced today the acquisition of the website hosting business of Clarksdale-based GMI.net. The purchase price was not disclosed. A provider of hosting services since 1996, GMI.net’s client base includes a wide variety of e-commerce and bricks-and-mortar businesses.
