Secured Digital Clarifies Unauthorized Information Posted on its Web Site

NEW YORK -- Aug. 30, 2004 -- Secured Digital Applications, Inc. (OTCBB:SDGL) www.digitalapps.net today issued a statement that SDGL's official web site, www.digitalapps.net, which is hosted by a third party hosting service provider, had been modified by unknown person/persons on August 24, 2004. SDGL was not aware of the modification until August 27, 2004, when the Company learned that information on the "Shareholder Inquiries" section of the web site had been published without the Company's consent.

The Company immediately acted to have the information removed from the Company's web site. Steps have also been taken to restore the actual content to the relevant section and improve security procedures to ensure that the integrity of contents appearing in SDGL's web site will not be compromised in future.

The Company stated that the material was not provided in an appropriate context and referred its shareholders to the Company's public filings, in particular, its recent filings on Forms 8-K and 10-QSB for an accurate statement of the Company's official plans and results.
