Inflow-Raleigh Celebrates Fourth Anniversary; Raleigh Data Center Reports Revenue Growth Despite Challenging Economy

4 November 2003

RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 2003--Today, Inflow, Inc., a leading provider of managed web application hosting and outsourced IT services, announced the fourth anniversary milestone of its Inflow-Raleigh Internet Data Center (IDC). The Raleigh IDC opened in November of 1999.

"One of the greatest differentiators between Inflow and the local competition has been our fantastic financial position," said Kip Turco, general manager for Inflow-Raleigh. "It's extremely beneficial to sit through prospect meetings and be able to say that we've been generating significant revenue for years and are one of the very few fiscally sound local providers."

From a corporate perspective, Inflow has recently reached a major landmark in its drive for profitability with the attainment of company EBITDA positive status for the third quarter of 2003. And despite the turbulent outsourcing market, Inflow has secured a strong operational and fiscal position in the Raleigh business sector. Inflow-Raleigh has achieved 100% uptime for 48 straight months and reported increased revenues of 14% from second to third quarters this year. The Raleigh IDC currently supports nearly 100 companies including Pinpoint Technologies, SciQuest, Rockwell Scientific, Art.Com, Batanga, Dillon Supply, SAVVIS Communications, Holt Sublimation, and Channel Advisor.

"It is easy doing business with Inflow," said Jim Luciani, Director of Network Facilities and Infrastructure at SAVVIS Communications. "When we were installing, I gave Inflow the specifications as to how I wanted our system set up, and within three days, it was done. It really was unbelievable."

General manager Turco started as the Inflow-Raleigh local operations manager and moved into developing and managing all aspects of the IDC. The facility comprises 7,500 square feet of raised floor, employs 13 staff members and generates over $4M in annualized revenues.

Inflow-Raleigh has achieved operational excellence and obtains the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry. The IDC received a 9.2 customer satisfaction score in the first half of 2003 as rated by independent marketing satisfaction firm, Customer Satisfaction Marketing of Atlanta. The industry average is 8.2. Turco attributes the IDC's performance to his exceptional staff and Inflow's growing reputation for stability in the hosting market.

"Our success is a result of our comprehensive solutions, process focus and unending customer support - it is very difficult for our competitors to match us," said Turco. "Inflow is committed to the Raleigh-Durham community and we greatly appreciate our customers' continued support. We will continue to exceed customer expectations in the years to come."
