As the leader in route control, the company combines its intelligent routing technology with built-in reliability, network redundancy and superior client support, which allows companies to increase productivity, generate greater revenue, decrease costs and improve customer relationships.

Internap offers both premise-based route optimization and network-based route optimization, which provide IP connectivity solutions that deliver 100 percent uptime, less than 45 millisecond latency and less than 0.3 percent packet loss. The company's industry-leading Service Level Agreement (SLA) is the only proactive performance guarantee that covers the entire Internet, rather than just one carrier's network.
