Companies were ranked by percentage revenue growth during the period 2001-2003.

Speedera, which has been profitable since 2003, posted record results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004. Revenues for privately held Speedera rose by nearly 60 percent from the previous fiscal year, and far exceeded the growth rate of its industry.
