VANCOUVER, -- Nov. 8, 2004 -- IP Applications Corp. (TSX Venture: IAP), a leading provider of outsourced Internet services, today announced a renewable one-year services contract valued at $720,000 recently signed with SourceNet Telecom. Under the agreement, IP Applications will manage Internet support services for Quixtar Inc. (Quixtar), a customer of SourceNet Telecom.
SourceNet Telecom resells Internet, long distance and wireless communications services to leading direct marketing companies in the United States and Canada. Their customer Quixtar is ranked seventh on the US National Retail Federation's list of the top 100 Internet retailers based on sales.
SourceNet Telecom selected IP Applications for its ability to cost-effectively deliver world-class remote technical support services for subscribers of Quixtar's Internet services offering 'Quixnet'.
