TAMPA, Fla. -- November 10, 2004 -- Peak 10, the Southeast’s leading data center and managed services provider, today announced that Tribridge has selected Peak 10 to host its critical technology infrastructure. The Tampa-Fla.-based technology consulting firm will leverage Peak 10’s state-of-the-art facility in Tampa to ensure uninterrupted services to its four business locations.
“The rapid growth of our organization and the necessity for 24 by 7 availability of our systems was the key driver behind our decision to outsource,” said Tony DiBenedetto, chief executive officer for Tribridge. “We decided to partner with Peak 10 because of their reputation in the Tampa-market and their proven ability to provide a secure facility and the redundant infrastructure necessary to ensure the availability, security and integrity of our data and applications.”
Tribridge provides end-to-end business consulting services, focused in the areas of customer solutions, operations, and technology, as well as information security and network infrastructure services. The company recently acquired Leading Edge, Inc. and Etaris Corp. and has aggressive plans to enter 25 additional U.S. markets. Tribridge operates offices in Tampa, Orlando and Miami, Fla., and Dallas, Texas.
“We are thrilled to have Tribridge as part of the Peak 10 family and look forward to meeting their managed hosting needs for years to come,” said Debra Curtiss, vice president and general manager for Peak 10 in Tampa. “Tribridge is a prominent fixture in the Tampa market and a real success story. The fact they have chosen Peak 10 reinforces our value proposition to the business community here in the Tampa-St. Petersburg area.”
The Tribridge announcement comes on the heels of Peak 10’s acquisition of Xodiax, a Louisville, Ky.-based provider of managed services, collocation, hosting and connectivity. Xodiax was principally owned by four Louisville investors: Jim Clishem (founder), Bruce Lunsford, Jim Patterson and Stuart Frankenthal. The acquisition strengthens Peak 10’s position as the Southeast’s leading data center services provider and provides the company unparalleled market depth and breadth and a comprehensive portfolio of products and managed services.
