OREM, Utah -- Jan. 5, 2005 -- iMergent, Inc., (AMEX:IIG) a leading provider of eCommerce and software for small businesses and entrepreneurs, today announced its most recent results for the StoresOnline(TM) workshops held in Australia and New Zealand. In the quarter ending in December, iMergent held 19 workshops throughout both countries, earning $3.7 million in revenue. All revenue has been recognized in the quarter ending December 31, 2004.
The workshops were held during late November and early December and offered StoresOnline eCommerce software to potential customers interested in promoting and managing their own online businesses.
