Houston, Texas -- January 12, 2005 -- VeriCenter, Inc. announced today an agreement with VanillaSoft to provide enterprise hosting and managed services for this leading sales force automation services provider. VeriCenter will enable VanillaSoft to reduce IT costs while improving customer service for its growing customer base.
VeriCenter’s distributed, high-availability, data center network gives VanillaSoft the ability to scale rapidly and nationwide. The target market for this New Orleans-based services provider consists of more than 200,000 business locations employing more than three million sales workers in the U.S. Annual revenues for this market are more than $3.0 billion.

VanillaSoft’s patented Push Lead™ technology allows customers to take full control over their sales organization, from a globally dispersed sales force to smaller, independent businesses with a sales team of five or more.
