(Nasdaq:SVVS) have signed an agreement enabling the global managed services provider to expand reach of its Intelligent IP Network(SM) across the United States.

Under terms of the agreement, New Edge Networks will initially provide SAVVIS broadband DSL reach into more than 1,600 new telephone company central office locations in large metropolitan areas as well as more than 360 small cities and towns throughout the country. New Edge Networks will provide the expanded reach through its national multi-services platform backbone network and existing inter-carrier agreements with other broadband providers.
