Global Triad Announces Successful Video-On-Demand Test Over IP-Based Private Network

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- June 14, 2005 -- GLOBAL TRIAD, INC. (Other OTC:GTRD.PK - News) today announces that Global TV, Inc. (GTV), a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Triad, has successfully completed phase one testing of its Video-On-Demand (VOD) technology over an IP-based Virtual Private Network (VPN). GTV has begun procedures to start phase two that will test the VOD technology using the high-speed wireless broadband system developed by Global WiFi Plus, Inc. (GWP), another wholly owned subsidiary of Global Triad.

GTV is working closely with InfoValue Computing, Inc. (www.infovalue.com) and has recently completed the installation of the new InfoValue software and hardware for Video On Demand streaming. GTV and GWP are working together to complete the phase two tests using the wireless platform to the Ocean Manor hotel located in Fort Lauderdale and other select markets within GWP's South Florida wireless network.
