Netopia to Showcase Interactive Support Center Applications

Taking place from Sunday, Oct. 9, through Wednesday, Oct. 12, at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, the SSPA Conference will assemble key decision makers and managers within the support service industry to experience the latest industry trends in remote management and help desk technologies.

Geared towards buyers from large technology companies who are tasked with acquiring products and services to maximize the efficiency of their support centers and broadband deployments, Netopia will showcase its award-winning interactive remote support applications including Netopia's Broadband Server (NBBS), eCare 4.0 and Timbuktu(R) Pro 8.5.
