Kiptronic Announces Dynamic Ad Network for Podcasting

SAN FRANCISCO -- Jan. 17, 2006 -- Kiptronic, a leading ad network for the podcasting industry, today announced the introduction of the Kiptronic Podcast Marketplace. The Kiptronic Podcast Marketplace represents a dynamic new way for podcasters to connect with advertisers in an open marketplace.

Kiptronic's patent pending ad insertion technology allows the podcasting community to add sponsorships to their content at their pace while providing advertisers with a central exchange where they can connect with the topical podcasts they're interested in. The Kiptronic Podcast Marketplace provides an open approach to developing sponsorship programs that allows the podcaster to stay in control of their content and what type of advertising runs on their podcasts.

Kiptronic's automated insertion technology allows ads to be inserted into podcasts dynamically, on-the-fly, at the point of download, freeing the podcaster from many of the labor-intensive tasks associated with current sponsorship approaches. Kiptronic today also announced that top-tier podcasters IndieFeed and Radio Memories Network, and advertisers Acoustica, an audio and music recording software company, and the Independent Online Distribution Alliance have joined the Kiptronic Podcast Marketplace.

"Given our wide-ranging podcasting content, a partner like the Kiptronic Podcast Marketplace will be key for us going forward as we build a stable of appropriate advertisers such as Acoustica," said podcaster Dennis Humphrey. The Radio Memories Network is currently sponsorships from Acoustica using the Kiptronic Podcast Marketplace through March 1st, 2006.
