HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 2003--eLinear Inc. (OTCBB:ELIN) announced today that it has renewed a dedicated hosting contract with one of the ten largest cities in the US. eLinear will continue to provide dedicated hosting to one of the city's sites that was developed and built by eLinear.
