VSD Grafx develops graphics via Visio, a drawing and diagramming program used by vendors such as Hewlett-Packard and IBM. The graphics are then posted to the Visio Cafe site, which averages more than two million hits per month, for public use.
The company began working with Mirror Image when its original hosting provider became unable to handle the amount of traffic generated by the Visio Cafe Web site. During this time, the site experienced several instances of downtime resulting in frustrated users and an inability to deliver the advertisements that generate revenue for the site.
