Fitch Teleconf Today: Rtg Impact of Cingular's Acquis of AT&T Wireless

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 18, 2004--Fitch Ratings will be hosting a teleconference today at 10:00 a.m. EST to discuss Fitch's action placing the ratings of BellSouth, SBC and Cingular on Rating Watch Negative and placing AT&T Wireless on Rating Watch Positive.
Fitch analysts John Culver and Bill Densmore will host the call and address the rating action and provide insight into key triggers for further rating actions. Commentary will also include some thoughts on the potential impact of the transaction on the wireless industry. A question and answer session will immediately follow.
