VIA USA's self-managed offering provides customers with full root or administrative access of servers to self-maintain and self-manage servers as well as install and manage custom or third-party applications. The three plans offered by VIA, starting at $129.95, offer full hardware maintenance and 24-hour technical support.

With each plan, VIA provides initial installation and configuration of the server, including the Operating System (OS) and any supported applications. Following installation, the servers are then handed off to customers to manage.
