Exostar Renews Contract With ServerVault for Complete Secure Outsourced Management, Hosting and Support

A ServerVault customer since 2002, Exostar's new multi-year contract extends the relationship through 2005 with options for renewal and adds more services under ServerVault's ultra-secure hosting model.

Under the new contract, ServerVault will provide secure management, hosting and support for the Exostar Toolset, a six-module suite of powerful online trading and collaboration resources designed to help aerospace and defense businesses compete. In addition, ServerVault has added more flexibility to accommodate aggressive development and deployment schedules at Exostar for its secure e-Sourcing, e-Procurement and e-Collaboration solutions.

Currently 90% of Lockheed Martin's procurement transactions are supported through the Exostar Toolset. The Web-based, real-time applications reduce cycle time, project time and costs while standardizing and streamlining business processes.
