LEONIA, NJ, April 29, 2004 - Infocrossing, Inc. (Nasdaq: IFOX), a provider of strategic information technology and business process outsourcing solutions to large and mid-sized companies, today announced that Patrick A. Dolan, Infocrossing President and Chief Operating Officer and Howard L. Waltman, a founder of Express Scripts, Inc., Sanus Corp Health Systems, and Bradford National Corp have been elected to its Board of Directors. Mr. Waltman had served as a director of Infocrossing, Inc. from May 1997 until May 2000.
Patrick Dolan joined Infocrossing as President and Chief Operating Officer on April 2, 2004. Mr. Dolan was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ITO Acquisition Corporation, doing business as Systems Management Specialists (SMS), an organization that was recently acquired by Infocrossing. Before joining SMS in 1994, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing with SHL Systemhouse from 1992 through 1994. From 1988 until joining SHL Systemhouse in 1992, Mr. Dolan held sales and management positions with Citicorp and ACS.
Howard Waltman was a founder of Express Scripts, Inc., a pharmacy benefits management company, in 1986 and served as its Chairman of the Board until 2000. He is currently a director of Express Scripts, a NASDAQ National Market company with a market capitalization of approximately $6 billion. Mr. Waltman was a founder of Bradford National Corp. in 1968. Bradford went public in 1969 and was sold to McDonnell Douglas in 1981. Mr. Waltman also founded Sanus Corp Health Systems, an HMO, in 1983 and served as chairman and CEO, through the acquisition of Sanus by New York Life in 1987 and thereafter until 1995.
