Inflow-Nashville Reports Strong First Quarter Momentum

Financial Results:

• First quarter 2004 revenue was $901,000 - an increase of approximately 45% over revenue for the same period last year.

• First quarter 2004 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization ("EBITDA”) was approximately $166,000, an increase of approximately 868% over first quarter 2003. EBITDA excludes corporate overhead not allocated to individual markets.

• Customer count increased from 46 to 68 over the past 12 months.

Inflow-Nashville’s customer breakdown by industry reflects the core of Nashville’s business community, with most clients in key verticals such as healthcare, retail, financial services, manufacturing, entertainment and professional services.

Business Continuance services comprised the fastest growing line of business for Inflow-Nashville during the past 12 months. More than 50% of the IDC’s revenue growth and one-third of its customer growth came from clients opting for business continuity solutions. Additionally, iServerCare was introduced in the Nashville market on April 1, 2004. iServerCare automates the entire product lifecycle of customers’ mission-critical servers and applications.

Operating Results:

• Inflow and Inflow-Nashville also achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification, an accomplishment attained by less than 1% of companies worldwide. Inflow’s quality management system (QMS), Corporate facility and all 13 IDC facilities were certified under this initiative.

• Since opening in October of 2000, Inflow-Nashville has also delivered 100% availability in Internet access and power & cooling services.
