“As Hosted Solutions we will continue to leverage our strength as the leading provider of managed and dedicated web hosting solutions, extending beyond the capabilities of hosting companies that, in reality, only offer their customers space in a data center or prepackaged services,” Chief Executive Officer Rich Lee says.

Hosted Solutions is coming off of a strong first quarter. Total revenues exceeded $2.3 million, an increase of 150 percent over the same period in 2003, and the company has experienced a growth rate of 280 percent since first quarter 2002. Additionally, Hosted Solutions won 78 long-term service agreements during first quarter 2004, and increased its position as the hosting market leader by gradually expanding its territory to include New York, California, Florida, Ohio, Washington, New Jersey, Tennessee, as well as North and South Carolina.
