In an agreement announced today, Digital River, a global leader in e-commerce outsourcing, has expanded its work with Jasc Software, a global leader of digital photography and imaging software.
Based on the agreement, Digital River built and recently launched a domestic e-commerce store, six international online stores and three global OEM e-commerce stores to support Jasc's online sales and marketing for its Paint Shop(TM) Family of digital photography and imaging software. Digital River not only hosts the e-commerce portions of these sites, but also provides order and Value Add Tax (VAT) management, digital and physical software delivery, fraud prevention screening and e-marketing services.

Online shoppers to Jasc's domestic and international e-commerce sites, located at www.jasc.com, will find user-friendly stores containing a variety of software products and promotions. The e-commerce stores feature Jasc's flagship product Paint Shop(TM) Pro(R), the most complete photo and graphics editor, as well as Paint Shop(TM) Photo Album(TM), Virtual Painter and Animation Shop. To help Jasc proactively grow its business, Digital River will be instrumental in helping implement a variety of e-marketing programs from cross-sells and first-time visitor pop-ups to third-party promotions and bounce-back e-mail offers.
In addition, Jasc's international stores provide a localized shopping experience in five languages, including Dutch, French, German, International English and Italian. Customers shopping on its three OEM stores will find sites localized in Dutch, French and German. Jasc's global customers can digitally download the company's software or choose to have it shipped anywhere in the world.
