Inflow Announces New Version of FlowTrack Customer Portal

June 15, 2004 (Denver, CO) – Today, Inflow, a leading provider of outsourced technology services, announced it has released a new version of its customer portal, FlowTrackTM 6.0 BOSS (Business Operational Support System). This new portal, available on www.inflow.com, is the foundation for several new customer-requested services, such as Inflow’s iServerCareTM Server Management System, and also provides customers with several new & enhanced interactive features.
The portal contains the same customer information (such as network reports & activity logs) as was available prior to the release, but offers additional features such as:
- User role administration: Customers now have the ability to assign specific portal privileges, such as read/write permissions for various functions and reports within the portal. This new functionality provides customers with increased security control and specialized views for their convenience.
- Interactive ticketing and case management: Customers are now able to view open/closed tickets and submit general service requests to Inflow for action, allowing for better productivity and management of customers’ applications/environments. Examples of service requests include server re-boot requests, IDC access list changes, or other operational support requests. These changes can all now be done online to save customers time and increase tracking capabilities.
