SAN DIEGO -- July 8, 2004 -- Viper Networks, Inc. (OTC:VPER) has signed an agreement with PC Mall, Inc. (Nasdaq:MALL) for the catalog and online sales of all Viper VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) products. An initial purchase order has already been received and the inventory shipped to the PC Mall distribution center in Memphis, Tennessee.
PC Mall is a rapid response supplier of technology solutions for business, government and educational institutions as well as consumers. More than 100,000 different products from companies such as Compaq, Microsoft, Apple, IBM and Hewlett-Packard are marketed to business customers using relationship based outbound telemarketing, catalogs and the Internet. Customer orders are rapidly filled by the Company's distribution center strategically located near FedEx's main hub or by PC Mall's extensive network of distributors, one of the largest networks in the industry.
Viper's vPhone and other products are currently available for sale on both of PC Mall's high traffic web sites www.pcmall.com and www.macmall.com, and will appear in the next issue of their printed catalogs.
Viper Networks has also received an initial purchase order from TigerDirect, Inc. (Parent company Systemax (NYSE:SYX) another online and catalog retailer who Viper previously announced would be carrying its products. Viper's products are currently available for sale on the TigerDirect web site and in the current printed issue of its catalog that was sent out this month.
