iMergent Announces StoresOnline eCommerce Software Workshop Results

OREM, Utah -- July 16, 2004 -- iMergent, Inc., (OTCBB:IMGG) a leading provider of eCommerce and software for small businesses and entrepreneurs, announced it recorded approximately $1.6 million in revenue from its recent workshops held in the United Kingdom. The company expects to generate approximately $400,000 in ancillary product revenue related to these workshops in the next month or two.
During the course of the fiscal fourth quarter, iMergent visited five geographic regions in the United Kingdom and conducted six full-day workshops to introduce potential customers to the StoresOnline(TM) platform. Each workshop taught potential customers the Internet marketing techniques needed to successfully open and promote an online business with iMergent's proprietary, easy-to-use StoresOnline eCommerce software.
Don Danks, chairman and chief executive officer, stated, "iMergent's international strategy continues to generate great response in each new international market we have visited. We plan to continue to expand our international presence in fiscal 2005 and have scheduled additional StoresOnline workshops in nine European countries including Germany, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, and others in the first quarter of fiscal 2005."
