Traceroute Tool

The Internet is made up of a complex network of networks. In order track one of the possible routing pathways, we can use the traceroute tool. It can measure the time taken to travel between each 'hope' and identify the 'hope' (routers) address as the packet travels through the Internet.

Please understand that some providers hide certain nodes/servers/routers from the public by making it not respond to certain system calls. Thus, the results are invalid under those circumstances.
