I am a reseller and one of my customers does not pay their bill. Can my web hosting provider help? |

| Unfortunately, resellers are responsible for the billing, support, and other essential service functions regarding its customers. Your provider typically support resellers with the necessary software i.e. control panel, web space, technical support, and ensure the successful running of infrastructure. The action you can take against your non-paying customers is to suspend the account and put up a notice on its website stating the general reasons why it was suspended and will only be reactivated upon confirmation of payment. Suspending the account also allows you to not incur any further data transfer charges. However, before taking this action, make every effort to contact the client through e-mail or phone to settle this privately. |
