I am looking to move away from my current dedicated server company. Can anyone recommend another company that has solid management or service under the $150?

I think what you need to do first is sit down and determine the web resources you are presently consuming i.e. monthly data transfers, e-mail accounts and any type of third party software you may require. If this is not great, then a VPS or high end reseller hosting packages maybe the way to go. I personally recommend www.hostgator.com and www.httpme.com since I have used them in the past before I outgrew my needs.

If you are not technical minded, it might be ideal to make a request to help you transfer you old files to you new account with a one-off fee or even just negotiate a larger setup fee if applicable. This will save you the headache of doing it yourself.

If you have high end web hosting needs, I would suggest a managed web hosting provider such as www.rackspace.com or www.managed.com who have a range of services that will suit your needs. By purchasing managed servers, your web hosting company will help you with the general maintenance of your system, and most will help you install software when required.
