A reseller is, as the name suggests, a seller of web hosting services and products. The key distinction of being a web hosting reseller is that they do not own the web servers or network connections but can still establish your own brand. In addition, you have the ability to sell hosting plans or other products with specifications of your choice.

The concept is fairly simple, a reseller lease disk space, bandwidth, software and other required tools from a web host for a fixed (monthly) fee and then resell it to his or her clients.
