Do I need good technical knowledge or “know-how” of web hosting to become a good reseller?

In most cases, the web hosting company will provide technical support and advice to resellers to properly manage its customer base. This may include the provision of software, such as, control panel software, knowledge base, and online tutorials to help resellers understand technical aspects of the business. However, basic knowledge, such as, domain name registration, account setup and maintenance, credit card processing, HTML knowledge and uploading files are essential.
