Does it matter if I choose a large or small web hosting company? |

| This question has been highly debated in the past since the industry is entrenched with small players vying for market share. Typically, there are both disadvantages and advantages of selecting a web host based on its size. In the case of larger companies, they often have the fiscal strength to invest in high-grade server and network equipment and hire a respectable number of personnel. However, because of its size it doesn’t necessary translate to better services, particularly, in customer support. With smaller companies, the customer relationship tends to be more intimate since the customer base is smaller and easier to manage. But they may not offer the same bang-for-buck value that other large web hosts is capable of. |
