What is a VPS or Virtual Private Server? |

| A virtual private server can be considered to be an in-between solution of a dedicated server and a shared web hosting package. While VPS still shares system resources with other users, the system is setup in a way that you maintain and control independent file systems and there are absolute limits for each user. Unlike in the shared web hosting environment, one user may not utilize all available server resources at one time. With the VPS architecture, you can sure that your web site will enjoy consistent performance and reliability. |
