| VDS or Virtual Dedicated Server is a commonly used term to describe a virtual server. Since the concept behind virtual server is based on virtual partition technology, some web hosting providers have created a term that better reflects it product offerings. If you are still confused about the VPS products companies put on its web sites, just e-mail them for clarification. |
