I tried to send an e-mail through my web hosting account but it gets bounced back saying it is blacklisted in SPEWS. What is SPEWS?

SPEWS is a blacklist of IP addresses on the Internet which several system administrators, ISP postmasters, and other service providers have assembled and use to deny email and in some cases, all network traffic from.

If the recipient(s)’s Internet provider employs this blacklist, you can either report this to your web hosting provider or the recipients’s and request them to put your domain name into their “white list”.

Do you have an answer or something to share as well regarding this question?
